Growing Up Black in Civil Rights Era Nova Scotia


Join Peter Millman for an exploration of the lives and experiences of Black youth in Nova Scotia during the 1950s and 1960s. Learn how Jim Crow-style segregation made its way into a Nova Scotia town, and influenced everything from educational practices, to cultural and social activities.
