Since the inception of the project in 2000, over $825,000 has been invested by property owners in building facade rehabilitation and signage projects.

During the same period of time, an estimated $2.5 million has been invested by property owners on interior renovations, restorations and the adaptive re-use of historic buildings.

Prior to the Lethbridge Main Street Project, the occupancy rate was approximately 65%. Today, the downtown core boasts and occupancy rate of approximately 90%, with a significant number of second and third storey space having been converted to housing.
